Well my honest opinion is I almost gave up on dental and health care systems. Last year, I was hit with an unexpected surgery I’m still paying for and when I found out I had to also pay for dental work I waited to be added to my husband’s insurance but it still wasn’t enough. Being a new homeowner, I knew I wasn’t going to be able to afford it. They made sure I was able to get my dental work and demonstrated empathy where it is usually lost. To be honest, I was taken aback because this is not the norm in healthcare when it comes to billing. I appreciate it and thanks for ensuring I received essential dental care and making my experience less stressful.
